2.0 | Creating monthly protocols

  1. Click Protocol Settings from the left sidebar menu.
  2. Click + NEW PROTOCOL in the top-right corner.

  3. Enter the protocol name.
  4. Select monitoring items from the dropdown menu for measurements or assessments.
  5. Set the frequency to Month(s).
  6. Enter the number of measurements.
  7. Under Limit Task Date, select the specific dates when the task should be performed. For example, enter 1–3 to schedule tasks during the first three days of each month.



  8. Select Never Ends to run the protocol continuously or choose Set Duration to define an end date.
  9. In the Custom Settings panel on the right, configure Send Report to EHR and Progress Note Reminder settings as needed.
  10. Click Save in the top-right corner to complete the setup.
