Writing progress note's without entering vitals information

Click on Measure in the left sidebar menu.
Click on the resident's name.
Click + Progress Notes.
Select a note type from the dropdown.
Type or dictate note.
You can also choose to add measurement results as Progress Note by clicking +SMART INPUT.
Click Confirm.
Click Save to upload.

Note: To edit notes prior to saving, click + Progress Notes and make applicable changes. Edits cannot be made once saved.

Note: Note types are pulled from PointClickCare.

Note: Progress notes can be added under the Vital Signs, Blood Sugar, Weight & Height tabs.
