Adding progress notes

1. Click on Measure in left sidebar menu.
2. Click on Vital Signs, Blood Sugar, Weight & Height.
3. Click on the resident’s name.
4. Click + Progress Notes.
5. Select a note type from the dropdown.
6. Type or dictate* note or choose to add the measurement results as Progress Note by clicking
   +SMART INPUT.
7. Click Confirm.
8. Click Save to upload.
