- Click on Measure in left side bar menu.
- Click on Vital Signs, Blood Sugar, or Weight & Height tab.
- Click on the resident’s name.
- Take / Input the measurement(s).
- Click Save.

If a wrong measurement is input, click measurement(s) to edit or click Clear to remove all measurements prior to Save. Edits cannot be made once saved.
If a measurement is outside the thresholds, it will be displayed in red.
Note: When taking Vital Signs measurements, all measurements can be taken before
clicking Save. However, you must hit Save to switch between tabs.
