  1. Click on Measure in the left sidebar menu.
  2. Click on Vital Signs, Blood Sugar, or Weight & Height tab.
  3. Click on the resident’s name.Protocol-Assignment_Deactivation-List_APP_3
  4. Click History to review up to 10 last recorded measurements of this patient for the
    applicable tab.residents history
